SwimKids of Georgia offers a variety of swim programs designed for children of different ages and skill levels. Program descriptions, schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that every detail on this website will always reflect current availability or scheduling.
3. Registration & Enrollment
Submitting a contact form or requesting information through this website does not guarantee enrollment in any program.
Program registration is completed directly with SwimKids of Georgia and is subject to availability, program requirements, and acceptance by our staff.
4. Payments
Payments for lessons are not processed through this website. Payment information, accepted payment methods, and registration procedures will be provided during the enrollment process.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration fees and lesson fees are non-refundable.
For questions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or additional policies, please contact our office directly.
5. Health & Safety
The safety of every child is our highest priority. Parents or guardians are responsible for informing SwimKids of Georgia of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect participation.
SwimKids reserves the right to postpone or discontinue lessons if participation could present a safety risk to the child, instructor, or others.
6. Assumption of Risk
Swimming and water-based activities involve inherent risks. By enrolling a child in any SwimKids of Georgia program, parents or legal guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.
Additional waivers and participation agreements may be required during the registration process.
7. Photography & Video
SwimKids of Georgia may capture photographs or video during lessons, events, or other activities for educational or promotional purposes.
When applicable, parental consent will be obtained through the registration process or a separate media release. Parents who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional materials should notify SwimKids of Georgia in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials, is the property of SwimKids of Georgia unless otherwise noted and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
